Referral partners are individuals or businesses who refer potential clients to ProCURE HR. In return, they receive a referral incentive or commission on successful closures. Unlike IBCs (Independent Business Consultants), they’re not actively involved in deal follow-ups or delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Sharing verified leads or introductions
No operational involvement in sales or service
Earn defined commissions up to 10–15% of the deal value based on scope and client size
One-time or recurring payouts (as per partnership agreement)
