Reciprocal Partners

Reciprocal partners are entities with whom ProCURE HR has a mutual arrangement — we promote their services, and they promote ours. These are typically non-competing service providers in the HR, compliance, technology, or consulting ecosystem where a shared client base brings value to both sides.

No monetary transactions unless agreed separately

Referral Partners

Referral partners are individuals or businesses who refer potential clients to ProCURE HR. In return, they receive a referral incentive or commission on successful closures. Unlike IBCs (Independent Business Consultants), they’re not actively involved in deal follow-ups or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Sharing verified leads or introductions

No operational involvement in sales or service

Earn defined commissions up to 10–15% of the deal value based on scope and client size

One-time or recurring payouts (as per partnership agreement)

Strategic Partners

Strategic partners are organizations or individuals who co-deliver services or jointly manage client relationships with us. This includes tech providers, HR consulting firms, L&D companies, or payroll providers with whom we share deep integration and accountability.
